Orders are normally delivered within 3–5 business days after the order has been confirmed.

Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by circumstances outside Pekoe's reasonable control, including severe weather, road conditions, public holidays, courier delays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Delivery fees

The delivery fee for your order, if any, depends on your order and our current offers. It is always shown at checkout, before you place your order.

Changes to delivery fees: If our delivery fees or offers change, the applicable fee will be clearly displayed to you before you place your order. No delivery charge will be added after an order has been placed unless you expressly agree to it.

Order confirmation

Because Pekoe currently offers Cash on Delivery, we may contact you by telephone or WhatsApp to confirm your order and delivery details before dispatch.

Please make sure that your name, telephone number and delivery address are accurate and complete.

Delivery attempts

If our delivery partner cannot reach you, the telephone number provided is incorrect, or the delivery address is incomplete or inaccurate, delivery may be delayed until the information is confirmed.

If a further delivery attempt or other delivery arrangement results in an additional charge in the future, any such charge will be communicated to you in advance and handled in accordance with applicable Lebanese law.

Cash on Delivery

Pekoe currently accepts Cash on Delivery.

Payment is collected in cash when your order is delivered.

Damaged package

If your package appears visibly damaged when delivered, please notify Pekoe as soon as possible.

We may request photographs or other information so that we can assess the issue and, where appropriate, investigate it with our delivery partner.

While we aim to deliver within the estimated timeframe stated above, delays may sometimes occur because of circumstances outside our reasonable control.
