About Pekoe

Pekoe is an online store offering Pekoe Organic Herbal Tea to customers in Lebanon.

Products

Pekoe Organic Herbal Tea is an organic herbal tea. It is not a medicine or dietary supplement, and it is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.

The blend contains eight herbs: chamomile, anise, fennel, senna, rhubarb, sage, rose and rosemary. It contains no added preservatives.

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, ingredients and other product information displayed on our website are accurate.

Product availability may change without notice.

Prices & Delivery Charges

All prices on the website are displayed in US dollars (USD), unless otherwise stated.

The applicable product price and any applicable delivery charge or other additional cost will be clearly communicated before you place your order.

If Pekoe changes its delivery pricing or offers, the applicable charge will be clearly displayed before you place the order and handled in accordance with applicable Lebanese law.

Placing an Order

To place an order, you select the product and available pack option you wish to purchase, add it to your cart, enter your delivery details, review your order, and submit it through the checkout process.

Before submitting your order, you are responsible for reviewing the products, quantities, delivery information and other order details and correcting any errors.

You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information, including your name, telephone number and delivery address.

Order Confirmation & Acceptance

After an order is submitted, Pekoe may contact you by telephone or WhatsApp to confirm the order and delivery details before dispatch.

Pekoe may verify an order where reasonably necessary, including delivery information or product availability.

An order is accepted by Pekoe when we confirm it for fulfilment, subject to applicable Lebanese law.

Cash on Delivery

Pekoe currently accepts Cash on Delivery.

Payment is collected in cash when your order is delivered.

Delivery

Pekoe currently delivers within Lebanon only.

Orders are normally delivered within 3–5 business days after order confirmation.

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by circumstances outside Pekoe's reasonable control, including weather, road conditions, public holidays, courier delays and other unforeseen circumstances.

Order Cancellation

You may contact Pekoe to request cancellation of an order before it has been dispatched.

Please contact us on WhatsApp as soon as possible and provide your order number.

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible and will be handled according to the circumstances and applicable Lebanese law.

Returns & Refunds

Storage & Product Care

Pekoe Organic Herbal Tea contains no added preservatives. Proper storage is important to help preserve the product's quality, aroma and condition.

Keep the tea in a cool, dry place away from humidity, moisture, heat and direct sunlight. Keep the packaging properly closed and protected from moisture after opening.

Do not allow water, steam or other moisture to come into contact with the tea bags or herbal ingredients.

If the product becomes visibly damp, develops mold, an unusual smell, discoloration, or other signs of spoilage, do not consume it and contact Pekoe.

Customer Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate information when placing an order and for ensuring that you can receive the order at the delivery address provided.

You are also responsible for following the preparation, storage and product-use instructions provided on the website and packaging.

You agree not to misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, or use the website for unlawful purposes.
